MISTERWEBSITE is now!
9 LANE HOSTING
Hello Misterwebsite Customers (9 Lane Hosting Customers)!
We have a lot of new and exciting things to tell you about and everything you need to know is on this web page.
First of all I want you to know we have changed our domain name. We will now be going by:
9LANEHOSTING.COM
http://www.9lanehosting.com/
The page you are viewing now is:
http://www.9lanehosting.com/help/The second thing we are very excited to tell you about is that we have upgraded our network from servers that were running at CPU speeds of 500 Meg/Hz to servers that are now running at CPU speeds of 2,400 Meg/Hz (that's 2.4 Gig/Hz) almost 5 times faster than the previous servers. What that means to you is your web pages and server side programs will be delivered to your visitors at speeds that are noticeably faster.
Along with the network upgrade we also selected a new software package which means some things are going to look different and work just a little bit different but ultimately it does the same thing. The URL addresses to access your control panel and webmail have also changed. The Control Panel (Cpanel) has a lot more features in it and they are very easy to use. I can't wait for you to start working with it. You will need to call us to get your Web Hosting Account "Username" & "Password", the current "E-mail Passwords" and the IP address to your account on the old network.
We have taken extreme care transferring your web site files to the new network but we recommend you take a close look at your site to be sure everything is working correctly. If you need any help or have any questions while becoming familiar with the new network, remember that we are just a phone call away at 972-262-0691.
There is one thing that you need to take care of right away. Again, we have taken extreme care to setup all of the e-mail accounts associated with your account. However, we were not able to reuse the passwords that you and each of the users in your company had setup. We recommend that each and every one of you change your e-mail passwords as soon as possible. You will need to call us to get your Web Hosting Account "Username" & "Password", the current "E-mail Passwords" and the IP address to your account on the old network.

////////~~[ HOW TO ACCESS YOUR WEBMAIL] ~~/////////
-----------------------------------------------------------
Webmail Login - Information
-------------------------------------------------------------
You can access your Webmail from any computer in the world.
First of all you can always go to webmail from inside the Cpanel by clicking on the Webmail Icon.Second you can go to webmail from outside the Cpanel by using the following URL addresses. Your IP address and your domain name address.
To access your Webmail, use the following addresses:
Using your IP address.
http://66.195.18.225:2095/
Enter your username & password for the e-mail account you want to access. (If the e-mail you're using is the account user name, your log-in will simply be user name. For all other e-mails you have added on after opening the account, the user name will be the full e-mail address. For example, when your web hosting account was setup let's say the user name was "sparky". Everytime a web hosting account is setup it creates one e-mail account using the username on the account. In this case the first e-mail is automatically set up using that user name "sparky". Therefore your log-in would be "sparky" plus your password, which is also the same as the password for the web hosting account. If you want to access an e-mail account that you have added on after opening the account, i.e., you create an e-mail named marky, then the user name would be marky@yourdomain.com plus the password, which you created when you setup the e-mail account.Using your Domain Name address:
http://www.yourdomain.com:2095/
Enter your username & password for the e-mail account you want to access.VERY IMPORTANT:
HOW CAN I GET THE MAIL LEFT ON THE OLD NETWORK?Here is a link all e-mail users can use to get the mail left on the old server. You can login to the old webmail and read, reply, delete etc. all of the mail just like before. If you find one that you want saved for business in the future, just forward it to yourself and it will be in your new mail box.
Here is the link:
http://your.old.ip.address/webmail/
Username = e-mail account name. Example: (The first part of your e-mail address. sally@lastnamelawncare.com, your username would be sally )
Password = the same password you used before.
